Extremely popular among electronic hobbyists, Arduino is fun and easy to program. Due to it's low cost and wide availability, it serves as an excellent learning tool and perfect for home electronics projects.

Arduino can be programmed via the web or the downloadable program — users are free to program on any computer. All programs are auto saved online, eliminating lost work. Arduino is compatible with thousands of electronics. 

My workshops teach the basic functions of Arduino through guided projects such as building and programing a weather station or plant hydration monitor.
